Our Dogs - Millie

Millie's temperament is truly a gentle giant and a trade mark passed through Lampe Danes generations. In 2013 Millie was awarded through The Great Dane Club of California the Venerable Great Dane Award. This is given to any member owning a Great Dane who is 10 years of age or older which is a huge blessing in the Great Dane world. Millie also became a Great Grandma this past summer of 2013!

Millie was our first AKC Great Dane. She has beautiful brindle coloring. She is 35 inches from paw to shoulder and has a wonderful temperament. Danielle started handling classes with Millie and has shown her a couple of times .

At nine month's old, Millie was in an accident and lost all of her front teeth which takes her out of the AKC show ring....We decided to have Danielle keep showing Millie in Jr. Handling, and they did very well together. We bred Millie, and she had nine fawn/brindle pups. We decided to keep a fawn female for Danielle to show.

In the show ring, Millie has one Champion daughter, Eleanor, and one pointed daughter, INT'L CH. Lampe's Prima Mia, CGC (Mia) to be very proud of.... Millie's temperament is truly a gentle giant and passed this trait to the brindle girls.
